Fried pies with mushrooms

Ruddy pies will fill the kitchen with a pleasant aroma! Fried pies with mushrooms are very tasty to serve with sour cream, and if you add a salad of stewed vegetables to them, you will get a great dinner. You can take your favorite forest mushrooms, but since champignons from the supermarket are available to everyone all year round, the dish is cooked with them.

1. So, let's prepare the dough for pies:

- sift flour into a bowl, pour sugar, salt and yeast;

- pour the milk and sunflower oil heated to a warm state into the dry ingredients, break the egg;

- knead a soft elastic dough that does not stick to your hands;

- put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film, leave in a warm place for an hour.

2. While the dough is coming, prepare the filling:

- my champignons, cut into small pieces;

- peel the onion, cut into small cubes;

- fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent;

- salt and pepper to taste, mix.

3. Divide the dough into equal parts (17-18 pieces should turn out), form a cake with our hands from each piece, spread the filling in the center, pinch, forming a pie. Fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.

It is better not to eat hot pies, it is harmful to health, so we wait until they cool down a little and serve them warm.
