Fried pollock with onion in mayonnaise

Breaded pollock with onions – fast and delicious! A very simple and delicious dish of fish in a hurry. Pollock carcasses do not have to be thawed completely, but the fins and tail need to be cut off. If the carcasses are small and placed in a frying pan, then they can be fried whole without cutting into pieces. Fry the onion at the same time with the fish so that it becomes soft and nourishes the fish with flavor.
