Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified products according to the list. It is advisable to take fresh vegetables, but out of season, you can take frozen ones - I take beans and peppers from the freezer. Carrots, onions, tomatoes (I have two small ones) of a small size. Vegetable oil for frying. From spices I take ground red pepper (paprika, you can add others to your taste). Prepare a frying pan for frying.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Rinse chicken fillet under running water. Cut into longitudinal pieces three to four centimeters long. Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and put the chopped chicken fillet. Fry the chicken over medium heat until the color changes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Funchosa should be prepared according to the instructions on the package. Remove the funchosa from the package, put the required amount in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water over the noodles to the very top so that they are completely in the water. Leave it in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, turning it over periodically. You need to look after it so that it does not boil.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes, cut onions into half rings, cut garlic finely into cubes, tomatoes also cut into cubes. Add the chopped vegetables to the fried chicken fillet and mix. Fry the chicken with vegetables for 5-7 minutes on medium heat without a lid, stirring constantly.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Discard the finished glass noodles in a colander so that the excess liquid flows. If desired, the noodles can be cut into several parts, or you can leave them in their original form.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add frozen beans and bell peppers to the pan (I didn't defrost the vegetables beforehand). Add soy sauce, spices, a little salt, mix. Fry the chicken with vegetables over medium heat until the vegetables are ready. At the end of cooking, try for salt, add salt if necessary. Do not cover the frying pan with chicken fillet and vegetables with a lid, if necessary, the heating can be reduced.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add the funchosa to the chicken fillet with vegetables in the pan and mix well. Our noodles are not salty, so now they should be completely mixed with vegetables and chicken and stand there for a few minutes to soak.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Serve ready-made funchosa with chicken and vegetables hot. This is an independent dish for the whole family. When serving, garnish with fresh dill greens.
