Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.

2. Chop the turkey and bread with a meat grinder.

3. Add mustard, grated onion, sage and cheddar, salt and pepper, mix well.

4. In a separate bowl, break the egg, beat it with a fork.

5. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan, if necessary, add salt.

6. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.

7. Take 2 tablespoons of meat, roll balls in your palms, flatten and immerse first in an egg, and then roll in a mixture with breadcrumbs and parmesan.

8. Fry the nuggets on both sides until golden.
