Cottage cheese tortillas with dill parsley onion

Try the amazingly delicious tortillas with herbs inside! Such a miracle with greens will perfectly complement the summer menu - thin dough, an abundance of filling, a ruddy crust, no "heavy" ingredients, everything is summer-like) I like to eat them with tea, but you can also eat them with fresh vegetables or just as an independent dish.

Knead the dough from the specified amount of ingredients by simply mixing them in a deep bowl. The dough turns out to be soft and plastic. Leave the dough for half an hour.

While the dough is "resting", prepare the filling:

1. Greens: wash the onion (feathers), dill, cilantro and parsley, let dry a little on a napkin, then finely chop, put in a deep bowl.

2. Break eggs into the same bowl, add cottage cheese, salt, mix.

3. Chop the white part of the onion into rings, fry in butter, add to the bowl with the filling.

Now form balls from the dough, choosing their size so that from one piece you can roll out a thin cake with a diameter of 20-25 cm .

Roll out the cake, put the filling on half of the dough, not reaching the edges. Cover with the other half of the dough, press down the edges. So make everything a miracle.

Fry the tortillas in a dry frying pan on both sides, then grease them with melted butter. Cut the ready-made miracle into pieces to make it easier to eat.
