To prepare our recipe for pancakes with chicken, you must first mix eggs and milk. Add butter, flour and salt to this mass. Beat all the ingredients well with a mixer. 
Bake pancakes in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil. We take a head of onion and chop it very finely. Combine the onion with minced meat and fry them until cooked in a frying pan. Season the meat with salt, pepper and add a little rosemary for the smell. Boil the rice and mix it with the finished minced meat.
Now we proceed to stuffing each pancake. To do this, we put the filling in the center of the pancake and fix the edges in the form of an envelope. Fry each envelope in butter.
Pancakes are served to the table necessarily hot, garnished with green onions and adding sour cream on top. Bon appetit!
