Fried tortillas with parsley and sorrel

Mouth-watering delicious tortillas will become a worthy alternative to bread! I really love various kinds of tortillas - it's a wonderful food! They are usually prepared very simply, but nevertheless they are very satisfying and very helpful when there is no bread at hand! And tortillas with greens are just a fairy tale!     Roll out thinly-thinly! In the original recipe, the dough glowed directly. Unfortunately, it didn't work out so subtly for me - the youngest really wanted to help... But there is no limit to perfection and next time I will roll out even thinner

    We salt it, pepper it right on the dough, otherwise the greens will give juice, and we don't need it. Add hops-suneli and a little vegetable oil on the tip of the knife

    Turn the seam down and similarly sculpt the rest of the tortillas

    Fry in a dry pan until cooked, turn it over several times

Try to make such tortillas - it's very tasty, even though they are cooked from almost nothing!

Cooking is quick and easy, and the result is simply amazing! Tortillas with herbs cooked in a frying pan are my lifesaver when you need a quick snack!

They are also very convenient to take with you on the road: to the country, to the forest, to a picnic. Since I mastered this recipe, the question of what to take with you on the road has disappeared by itself. Within a few hours, the tortillas will surely be just as fresh and delicious, while at the right time they will well satisfy the feeling of hunger. Fortunately, this dish was to the taste of my whole family - from the biggest to the smallest!
