Potatoes and pork in French

An original idea for an excellent lunch or dinner. About two weeks ago, my husband's grandmother handed us two pork thighs from the village. What we didn't cook from them: salted lard, fried meat, made goulash, cooked jelly. But we still have a small 300-gram piece, from which nothing special can be done. I thought about it a little and decided to cook such food as French fries. I will share the culinary recipe of this dish with you now.
