We start by combining beef and pork minced meat together. Now finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and also put it to the minced meat, break one egg into the meat and add mustard to it, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Now, over medium heat in a frying pan in oil, fry several flat patties about 2 centimeters thick. After the cutlets are ready, we assemble the burgers ourselves. To do this, take the burger buns and cut in half, put a lettuce leaf on one side, then a ready-made cutlet, a layer of mayonnaise, a tomato circle, a plate of melted cheese. From above we cover all this with the second half of the bun. When we collect all the burgers, we serve them on the table.
