Hedgehogs in tomato sauce with rice cabbage and minced meat

The whole family will love this delicious and juicy dish! When I was little, my mother cooked according to an old culinary recipe such food as hedgehogs in tomato sauce. I always enjoyed eating them and wondered: "Why is this dish called hedgehogs? Are they made from hedgehogs?". Once I made this assumption to my mother and she calmed me down by explaining everything. Time has passed, I often cook this dish and all my little nephews also do not understand why this second dish was so christened? But this is not about that, now I will tell you how to cook these very hedgehogs.
