Cooking method

1. Cut the ribs one by one. Salt them to taste and rub a little with a mixture of spices for meat.
2. Put the meat in a pickling container. Peel the onion and turn 1.5 onions into mush (using a blender or meat grinder). Add this onion to the meat, rub, cover and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 3-5 hours.
3. Peel the potatoes. Very large cut in half, medium and small leave as is. Grease a baking sheet (deep) with oil. Cover with foil and lubricate it with oil. Put the meat and the potato in one layer. The potatoes need to be salted. Peel the onion and cut into large rings. Disassemble the rings and put them on the onion and potatoes. Pour the marinade from the meat onto the potatoes.
4. Cover the meat with potatoes with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour, look at your oven.
5. Take it out, let the dish move away from the heat and serve it to the table.
Have fun!
