Quesadilla in the lavash oven

If there were no tortillas, quesadillas can be made from pita bread! It is difficult to buy tortillas in our city, and you do not always have the desire and time to bake them yourself. A good way out is thin pita bread. It turns out very tasty!

Cooking method

For fillings you need:

- finely diced ham;
- chop the greens;
- grate cheese coarsely;
- mix everything together with canned corn without marinade. The first filling is ready;
- for the second filling, chop the greens finely and mix with cottage cheese;
- grate the cheese coarsely as well.

Assembling and baking quesadillas:

- thin round pita bread in two layers smeared with tomato sauce;
- put a layer of grated Cheddar on half of the pita bread, part of the filling, sprinkle with a layer of cheese and wrap the second half of the pita bread;
- quesadilla with the second filling is going the same way;
- the specified amount of ingredients is enough to collect 8 quesadillas;
- bake quesadillas for 10 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheets in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Serve the quesadillas by cutting each in half and combining the quesadilla halves with different fillings in one serving. Bon appetit!
