Cooking method

Cooking time: 3H

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a heat-resistant bowl with butter.
Beat eggs and milk with a mixer until foam forms. Add 1.5 cups of sugar and continue to beat at high speed until a dense foam forms for about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Very carefully pour the flour into the mixture of beaten eggs. Gently pour in the melted butter. Mix everything very carefully and put it in a baking dish. Place the mold on a medium level in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
In order to make strawberry cream, you need to mix the remaining 2 cups of sugar, liqueur and zest. Carefully add the strawberry halves. Leave to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the sugar has dissolved. Put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, with a mixer, beat the cream with powdered sugar to a thick consistency. Add the vanilla and continue to beat at high speed until the cream is almost solid.
When the cake base cools down, sprinkle it with orange liqueur. Cut the cake into cubes, 2-3 cm thick. Put half of these pieces in a bowl. Pour half of the strawberry cream on top. Stir everything with a spatula so that the cream evenly impregnates the cake. Spread the base into dessert molds. Put the other half of the biscuit cubes into dessert molds. Pour the remaining strawberry cream on top. Glaze each cake with whipped cream. Put the cakes in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and then you can serve them on the table.
