Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. While the oven is heating, prepare the pears.

2. I wash the fruits under running water. Then, using a sharp knife, we peel the skin, try to remove it as thinly as possible.

3. Cut each pear in half, cut out the core with seeds. The peduncle is also removed.

4. Prepared fruits are cut into slices or pieces of any other shape. At this stage, you can also cut dates at the same time.

5. We put the pears in a baking dish. The diameter of the mold must be at least 22 centimeters. Fruits should be placed in a thin layer.

6. Sprinkle the pears with freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle with one tablespoon of coconut sugar. Pour quite a bit of water, about 50 milliliters (a couple of tablespoons).

7. Cover the mold with foil, send it to the already preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

8. While the pears are baking, prepare the crumbs. To do this, rub the butter on a grater, put it in a deep bowl.

9. In a container with butter, pour flour and almond flour. We rub the ingredients with our hands into crumbs. Here we also add almonds, chopped dates, ground cinnamon and the remaining coconut sugar. Mix it up.

10. After the specified time, remove the foil from the mold. Gently mix the pears so that each slice is covered with syrup.

11. Sprinkle with crumbs from a bowl of pears, then return the mold to the oven. Bake already without foil for 20 minutes.

12. After the specified time, the crumb will acquire a golden hue, and the pears will become very tender.

Serve crumble on the table topped with whipped cream.

Feast with pleasure and treat your family.
