Cooking method

Cooking time: 8 h 20 min

1. In a water bath, heat up the honey and mix it with soda and cocoa powder. As soon as it cools down, sift flour into it. We spread it on the work surface and knead it. Then we put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Cover with a film so that it does not dry out.
2. While the dough is cooling, prepare the cream. Pour milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom, put it on fire. To avoid lumps, I mix flour and starch separately with a small amount of milk. Add vanilla, beaten egg and sugar. Pour all this mixture into hot milk and stir constantly with a wooden spoon. As it thickens, turn off the heat and let the cream cool down, then add the oil.
3.Pour milk into a small container and put it on the fire as it boils, pour cocoa and cook until it thickens, as soon as it cools down, put the butter and mix.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll out and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
5. We spread the cakes on a dish and smear with cream.
We cover the top cake with glaze and send it to the refrigerator for impregnation.
