Cooking method

1. Lubricate the mold with butter, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs - the bottom and walls.
2. In a bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and beat them for 5 minutes.
3. Put the cottage cheese in the same bowl, whisk again.
4. Pour olive oil, mix.
5. Sift flour, mix with baking powder and pour the mixture into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Whisk, the dough should turn out quite thick.
6. Put the dough into a mold, level it with a spoon.
7. On top of the dough, beautifully lay out the halves of the plums (pulp down), slightly melting them into the dough.
8. Put the mold in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. If the dough sticks to it, increase the baking time.
9. Let the finished cake cool down a little, then take it out of the mold on a beautiful dish.
