    We measure out one and a half cups of flour, who uses kitchen scales, this is about 250 grams of flour. Sift, add sugar and baking powder. Chop the butter from the refrigerator into pieces, combine with flour. With dry fingers, we grind the butter with flour, as a result we should get a fairly large crumb. It takes literally 5 minutes, it is not necessary to completely rub the oil.

    In the center of the flour slide we make a recess where we put sour cream.

    Mix all the ingredients, form a bun. If the bun is not molded, it means there is not enough moisture, in this case we add a couple of spoons of cold water and form a ball. It is not necessary to knead the dough or achieve its uniformity, on the contrary, we try to make a bun as quickly as possible so that the butter does not melt. We wrap it in a film, hide it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Put sugar and one egg in a bowl, rub with a spoon.

    Add two tablespoons of flour, mix. You don't have to worry about lumps, flour mixes well with egg ground in sugar and does not form lumps.

    Put sour cream. If you can use any sour cream for the dough, then for the cream we buy good sour cream, thick!

    We take the dough out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the cake.

    The cake is carefully placed in a baking dish.

    Apples are cleaned and cut into thin slices. We spread apple slices on the dough cake in a circle. The layer of apples should not be higher than the edge of the dough.

    Fill the apples with filling. If suddenly some apple slices protrude strongly from the cream, we drown them with a spoon. This is done so that the apples do not burn during baking. We put the pie in a well-warmed oven, which should be turned on in advance.

    Bake our pie at 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Be sure to let the pie cool down! Carefully remove from the mold, cover with a large dish, turn it over, remove the mold and put another dish on the bottom of the pie and turn it over again.
