Cottage cheese pie with raspberries

No one can resist this pie! I liked the taste, cottage cheese with raspberries created a very pleasant union of taste, and the dough gave them a frame and turned out to be a kind of dessert I've been trying raspberry pie for a long time, but since I really like cottage cheese dough, I decided to experiment and combine cottage cheese, dough and berries, so I created this recipe.

Preparing the dough
Beat sugar with egg
Grind butter with flour to grains
Connect everything and knead the dough
Wrap in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cooking curd mass
Wipe the cottage cheese and add semolina, sugar, vanilla, egg to it, knead a homogeneous mass.
We take the dough out of the refrigerator, distribute it according to the form and put the curd mass on it
We put clean raspberries on top, pressing them into the curd mass.
Sprinkle with sugar, or powdered sugar and send it to bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180g.
