To make muffins with apples, we mix eggs, 120 g sugar and a pinch of salt and beat it all with a mixer into a thick foam, then add 250 g sour cream and sunflower oil and beat until smooth. In another bowl, mix baking powder, flour and cocoa 1 tbsp.l. and combine it to the whipped mass, and beat with a mixer. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, add the washed raisins and the juice of half a lemon. Pour a little dough into special paper molds, put a spoonful of apple mixture, and pour out a little more dough so that the apples are not visible. But the dough should be a little more than half of the mold. Muffins are baked in a preheated 180 C. oven for about 25 minutes. pour hot muffins with chocolate glaze to your taste. And you can cook it like this in a saucepan, mix 4 tsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and 3 tbsp.l. sugar. Put the pan on a slow fire and boil until thickened, then add the oil and mix thoroughly.
