Shortbread pie with plums

Homemade cakes with sweet and sour taste. Help yourself! I want to offer you a culinary recipe for cooking very tasty and (this is the main and very pleasant circumstance!) a very quick plum pie. In principle, of course, you can use any other fruits or berries. Plums just got sour to me, I decided to use them in culinary business))

Mine, cut into plum halves and take out the bones. Then mix everything loose, that is, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and softened butter. And then we add flour with additives to this mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly.
We prepare the cake pan (lubricate with oil so that it is easy to get), put the dough into the mold, put the plums on top. When we put the plums, we put a little pressure on them so that they sink into the dough. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. After 30-35 minutes, we take it out and sprinkle it with sugar (if desired, if plums, for example, like mine are sour), bake for another 5 minutes. We take it out, cool it down a little and eat the food with pleasure :)
