Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
I've always been afraid to cook puff pastry. I collected various recipes with him, but it was still scary to cook – suddenly it wouldn't work. But then I decided and made a puff pastry pie and it turns out that I was afraid in vain, everything is not so scary, the main thing is to try, and then something will definitely work out. Food is not my thing at all, but I study hard and improve. Here and here – I learned how to make dough, but I didn't come up with a filling, I just took thick jam.
First of all – beat the yolks and egg into a foam, pour water and alcohol, add salt. Now we begin to pour flour and knead the dough with our hands, it should be quite steep. We roll it into a layer and put it in the refrigerator. Knead the butter right on the palm of your hand and also in a cold place. Spread the dough on a board, put half the butter in the middle, broken into pieces. Fold the dough from both sides to the middle and roll out. It is always necessary to roll out in one direction. We spread the remaining oil and fold it again from the sides. Roll out, then roll out three more times, folding the dough just in half. Cut out two circles from the finished dough, jam for the first, cover with the second circle, pinch and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Oven temperature - 200
