As everyone knows, in India the cow is considered a sacred animal, so the Indians do not eat beef. In general, dishes in Indian cuisine are mostly vegetarian, but there are areas where people actively eat pork meat (for example, residents of Goa). Pork is my family's favorite food. That's why, after reading this rather spice-rich culinary recipe, I decided to cook tandoori pork after all. Let's start cooking! We start by mixing yogurt, garlic, ginger and spices. Now we roll the pork fillet in the resulting mixture. We put the seasoned piece in a non-metallic container, cover it and leave the meat to marinate for an hour and a half.
Next, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom of the baking sheet with heat-resistant foil, put the pork, put it in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes.
After the meat is fully cooked, we take it out, let it cool down. Cut into equal pieces. We serve it to the table with rice or salad.
