    How to make chebureks with fried meat? Prepare the products. You can take the minced meat ready-made or make it at home yourself. Any meat is suitable — beef, pork, chicken, turkey or a mixture of them. Take spices according to your taste. For baking, you will also need a small baking tray and baking paper.

    Sift wheat flour and pour into a deep bowl about 2 cups. Add salt and sugar, mix.

    After about 3 minutes, add the minced meat, spices and salt. Fry the minced meat on low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes. From time to time, mix the minced meat with a spatula, breaking the lumps. After the time has elapsed, turn off the heating, and leave the minced meat to cool.

    Divide the dough into 5-6 parts. Roll out each piece into a thin cake on a table dusted with flour. Put a little meat filling on one half.

    Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil. Spread out the chebureks, also brush them with vegetable oil on top. If desired, instead of oil, you can lubricate the chebureks with egg yolk. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
