Simple banana charlotte without baking powder

A stunningly delicious variation on the theme of the classic charlotte! I found a recipe for banana charlotte on one site, but I didn't like it. There it was proposed to add apples, vanilla, and lemon zest to the dough. In my opinion, all this only distracts from the actual tastes of bananas. Because the charlotte with bananas has its own special charm. Here is my recipe for such a charlotte – very simple and very tasty.

Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer so that the final mass increases in volume though at least twice. Then pour the flour into the eggs and continue to mix. We will get enough liquid dough.
Take a mold, coat it with butter or cooking fat. You can also sprinkle with either flour or breadcrumbs.
Pour the third part of the dough on the bottom. On top we spread the circles of bananas (half). Add another third of the dough and put bananas on top again. Fill them with the remains of the dough and put the mold in the oven, already warmed up to 180 degrees.
Bake until ready. Delicious charlotte with bananas is ready!
