Lavash lasagna with tomato and cream sauces

A very simple and easy recipe for an elegant and hearty dish! For the first time in my life I cooked lasagna, and with this recipe everything turned out very tasty.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Mince and finely chopped onion fry in vegetable oil. Salt and other seasonings - to taste.

2. Tomatoes are washed, remove the stalk, scald with boiling water and remove the skin. Grind on a grater, or grind through a sieve, or grind in a blender. Add a crushed garlic clove.

3. Put the sauce on the fire and cook for 15-30 minutes so that it thickens a little.

4. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.

5. Add oil to a hot frying pan, melt and knead so that there are no lumps. Add milk to the mixture, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring.

6. Hard cheese three on a coarse grater.

7. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.

8. In a greased baking sheet, we collect lasagna:

- a sheet of pita bread (cut to the size of the mold)

- 1/3 of tomato sauce

- 1/2 minced meat

- 1/2 cream sauce

- hard cheese

- lavash leaf

- 1/3 tomato sauce

- mozzarella

9. Cover with foil, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and return to the oven for 15-20 minutes.

At the same time, the lavash is almost not felt, so you can put two leaves in the middle of the lasagna.

You can eat warm and cold.
