Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve (necessarily greasy, but not wet).

Beat the yolks with sugar until smooth and glossy. Pour semolina, softened butter, raisins, limes.zest.

Add cottage cheese here, mix everything in a combine.

Separately, beat the whites to peaks.

Add the proteins to the cottage cheese, stir gently.

Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with flour, put the dough into the mold and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 gr.

Melt the plum.butter, add sugar to it, then cocoa and sour cream. Bring, stirring, to a boil, remove from the stove.

Let the cheesecake cool in the mold, turn it over on a platter and pour hot glaze over it. Let it freeze, and then put it in the refrigerator for the night.
