The pie turns out to be lush, soft and delicious. Such food will appeal even to those who watch their weight, because you can eat a small piece, and it will not hurt your figure. Yeast is mentioned in the pie recipe, but the trick is that the dough will not have to be crushed several times, and the pie will rise well. To make a sour cream pie, you need to soak yeast in warm milk or water. Then beat the eggs with sugar, melt the butter and combine with the eggs, pour in sour cream, add salt, soda, stir. Pour flour into the resulting mixture and add yeast. Knead the dough well and divide it into two parts. Roll out the first part according to the size of the baking sheet, transfer on a rolling pin to a greased baking sheet. Put the filling on the dough and close the pie with another part of the dough, having previously rolled it out. Now you need to put the dough for two hours in a warm place for proofing, you can cover the pie with a towel so that it does not get hot. Then chop the pie, grease with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 180 C.
