My husband just loves apples, and every time I try to pamper him with his favorite food. My neighbor shared this simple recipe for a delicious and fragrant pie with apples and sour cream with me. The husband was absolutely delighted! After that, I repeatedly cooked a pie for the guests. Now I want to share this recipe with everyone.
So, to prepare it, first you need to thoroughly mix sour cream with eggs and sugar. Then add flour and slaked soda. The dough should eventually turn out to be liquid, and the consistency should resemble thick sour cream. Add vanilla or cinnamon. Peel the apples, cut into slices and put them in a mold, which must first be lined with paper. Pour the dough over the apples. Put the pie in a preheated 250 degree oven for half an hour. After that, without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and let the pie stand for another 10-15 minutes. Then remove it from the oven and cool. And that's it, a juicy and fragrant apple pie with sour cream is ready. Bon appetit!
