We begin the preparation of this baking by taking cold fresh chicken eggs and washing them well with warm water. We do this for the best whipping of them. Then we break them into a deep container, pour sugar into them and beat our mass with a whisk or mixer. The mixture should increase in volume by about 2 times. Now we take a pumpkin without seeds, but with a skin and pass it through a meat grinder twice and mix it with flour. You should get a mass without lumps. In a mixture of sugar and eggs, we gently introduce a pumpkin with flour with a spatula from the bottom up, we begin to mix it so until it is homogeneous. Now we cover the bottom of the mold with parchment, lubricate it with vegetable oil. Now pour the dough into a mold, which we put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. After this time, we take out the pie, cool it and serve it to the table.
