This wonderful cooking recipe just amazed me with its simplicity and speed of preparation. Yes, in addition, I have a sweet tooth, and the delicate Golden Balls cakes delight with amazing taste, nuts and raisins!
First you need to sift the flour, add vanilla and granulated sugar, 3 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and half of the prepared margarine (~ 17 grams).
Then heat up the milk and dilute a pack of yeast in it. Combine yeast with flour and knead a steep dough. Then leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half so that it rises. After the dough has risen, it is necessary to knead it, put it on a board sprinkled with flour, and roll out a layer about a centimeter wide.
Now melt the remaining margarine, pour nuts, coarsely chopped raisins, powdered sugar on separate plates.
With a glass or a small cup, cut out circles from the rolled dough, dip them in nuts, powdered sugar and raisins, spread them on a baking sheet one by one and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
This food will delight you and your children! They can be enjoyed with tea or other hot drinks.
