Meatballs with rice in a slow cooker

A wonderful steamed meat dish is healthy and very tasty! Steamed meatballs are very juicy, tender and fragrant. A wonderful dinner for the family and useful at the same time. However, if children eat, I put less spices or do not put at all. Try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

Rice is pre-boiled and washed.
Mix rice with minced meat, add egg yolk.
Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Mix the fried onion into the minced meat, add salt and pepper.
We form small balls.
Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl of the slow cooker, bring it to a boil (on the "Soup" program, for example).
We install a steam grill, lay out the meatballs and cook on the "Steam" program for 25 minutes.

We serve it on the table, adding a side dish of pasta (you can use potatoes, buckwheat, fresh salad - whatever you like).

Bon appetit!
