Banana milk ice cream

Refreshing dessert for sweet tooth and not only! Banana and milk ice cream is easy to make at home. It is better to take homemade milk for cooking, and choose soft cottage cheese. When serving, you can decorate the ice cream with fresh fruit, chocolate icing or coconut chips.

We stock up on a good mood and start cooking:

- peel bananas, cut into small pieces, turn them into puree with a blender;

- pour milk into the mixer bowl, spread the cottage cheese, pour sugar, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes;

- put banana puree in the resulting milk mass, beat again until smooth;

- put the mixture in a container, cover with a lid or cling film, send it to the freezer for 5-6 hours.

We serve it on the table in portioned cremans, decorating it to taste.
