Pickled melon.
Peel the melon, cut in half and remove the seeds. Then we cut the melon into small pieces and put it in clean, dry jars.
We prepare a marinade from all the listed ingredients and pour this mixture into pieces of melon.
We sterilize the finished jars and store them in a cool place.
