Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 hours
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

We will need such products. We take strawberries, of course, the ripest, without damage. Wash and dry with a paper towel. We take any lemonade. I have a Fanta.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Turn on the oven for 180g. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

When whipped, add lemonade and butter gradually. Mix it up.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Add the flour in parts at the same time. With baking powder.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Take your largest sheet for the oven. They are usually 38 by 40 cm in size . Cover with baking paper. And pour the dough on it.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put in the oven for 25 minutes.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Take out the finished cake and let it cool completely.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Now let's prepare everything for the cream. We take fat cream, at least 30%. Sour cream. I also have 20% of it. The powder for the cream is dry, which does not need to be boiled. Which you just need to beat with milk, for example.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Pour out the cream and pour the powder with vanilla sugar. Whisk everything for a minute. I had enough. As soon as it becomes thick, turn off the mixer.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Next, add sour cream and mix it easily.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

The cream turns out thick. We spread it on the pie. And we level it out.If there is no such dry cream, you can make another one. For example, 250g mascarpone + 400ml cream whisk with sugar to taste, and then add sour cream or cottage cheese paste. Also very tasty.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

This is how it will look like.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Strawberries are ready. We still have to cut now. I cut it in half.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

We spread our halves on the cream. But if I do it again, I will still cut the strawberries smaller. Because then it's easier to cut the pie.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

We make jelly as it is written on the package. To do this, take cold water, put sugar and pour out dry powder for jelly. We put it on the fire and cook it like jelly. We constantly interfere. As soon as it has thickened, we remove it from the fire.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Now carefully pour a spoon on top of the strawberries. So gradually fill in everything.

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

And I also sprinkled ground mushrooms on top for decoration. Let it stand for a couple of hours and you can eat. Enjoy your meal.

This pie was made for the first time. Well, what I would like to say. Very tasty, gentle. The only strawberries are still tender, and not quite sweet. So I would add sugar to the cream or jelly. And so very tasty. The lemonade dough itself is also very tender. In Germany, it is very common to make pies-cakes on lemonade, fanta. So try it if you haven't done it yet.
