Cooking method

1. In warm milk, we dilute the yeast and leave it for 15 minutes. After that, add salt and sugar, mix until the crystals dissolve. Sift the flour into the dough, mix and pour in the vegetable oil. Spread on the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead until the lumps dissolve, it should become elastic and not stick to your hands.
Cover the dish with the dough and let it rise 2-3 times, periodically kneading it.
2. While the dough is coming, we will prepare the filling. Boil the rice until it is half cooked in salted water. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry it in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. The greens are washed, dried and finely chopped.
3. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. We spread one half of the boiled rice on the dough, distribute it evenly, fried onions and cod caviar. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and spread another layer of rice. The second part of the dough, we also roll out and close the pie, pinch the edges well.
4. Mix the yolk with milk and grease the pie to get a beautiful golden crust. Let the pie rise and put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
