Adjika of plums with apples

Sweet and sour is a very fragrant seasoning for any dish! It is better to use sour plum varieties, and choose fragrant apples. Spices are added to taste, suneli hops and dried coriander are well suited. You can add greens, who likes what, I use cilantro. Universal seasoning, for almost any dish.

Cooking method

1. I wash the plum well, cut it in the middle and take out the bones. The recipe indicates the net weight of the peeled plum. Cut the apples and remove the seeds.
2. Tomatoes are washed, cut crosswise and lowered into boiling water for a minute, then transferred to a dish with cold water. The skin is removed very easily.
3. Wash the peppers and peel them from the peduncle and seeds.
4. Garlic cloves and also peel.
5. Cut into arbitrary pieces, which would be convenient to grind in a meat grinder. After that, we put it in a saucepan and cook for 50-60 minutes. As the mass has slightly thickened, add garlic, salt, sugar and spices passed through the press. Boil for another half hour.
6. We lay out the boiling adjika in sterilized jars, turn it over, cover it with a warm blanket and leave it so until it cools down. Then we remove it to a cool place.
