Spicy plum adjika with pepper and garlic

Spicy, fragrant adjika of plum, garlic and hot chili pepper for winter. This wonderful adjika is perfectly combined with many dishes. It can be used as a sauce, or added to lunch. During cooking, you can experiment with hot pepper, garlic and spices, who likes what taste better. I often add coriander greens, dried coriander and suneli hops to adjika. 1. First, we will prepare plums for adjika, for this we wash them and take out the bones. We pass it through a meat grinder, put it in a saucepan and put it to cook on a slow fire.
2. Onions and peppers are also cleaned and crushed. We send it to the pot. The foam that begins to form is removed with a slotted spoon. After 15 minutes, add salt, spices and tomato paste. Cook for 10 minutes, then spread the chopped garlic.
3. Boil the adjika for another 5 minutes and spread it out in clean sterilized jars. We roll up the lids and send them for storage until winter.
