Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. Beef is thoroughly washed, cut into portions.

2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Peel the parsley root, grate it.

3. Walnut kernels are crushed together with black pepper peas using a blender (you can also grind them in a mortar if there is no blender).

4. Rinse coriander and parsley, let dry, chop with a knife.

5. Cut the chili pepper into thin rings.

6. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press.

The preparation was a great success :) Now we proceed directly to the preparation:

- put the parsley root, onion and chili pepper into the bowl of the multivark, pour in vegetable oil and fry for 7 minutes using the "Frying" mode;

- then add the meat and cook on the same mode for 10 minutes, do not forget to stir occasionally;

- pour flour into a glass, dilute with water (about 1 tbsp. l.), add to the bowl of the slow cooker;

- now pour water, pomegranate juice, pour pre-washed rice, chopped walnuts with pepper, add tomato paste and spices: bay leaf, hops-suneli, pepper, salt;

- change the mode to "Soup" and cook under a closed lid for an hour and a half;

- after the beep, add garlic and chopped coriander and parsley to the kharcho, let it brew under a closed lid for 5-10 minutes.

Bon appetit!
