Boil the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Flip it into a colander, let all the liquid drain. Cut the salmon into cubes of about 1.5 x 1.5 cm . Grate the parmesan on a fine grater. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add a clove of garlic. As soon as the garlic is browned, remove it (it will not be needed). Pour in the cream, boil the sauce for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Add the salmon, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2/3 of the parmesan, pepper and mix so that the cheese does not get lumpy in the sauce. Add the tagliatelle, mix with the sauce and warm up for one minute. Serve, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and finely chopped basil. Bon appetit!
