Mushroom soup mashed mushrooms with cream

Light soup for lovers of refined and mild taste! I just love mushrooms and any food that is prepared from them. Especially wonderful are mushroom soups, which fill the whole apartment with their aroma. I have many different soup recipes, I want to share with you a recipe for mushroom soup. We will need raw champignons or any other mushrooms, it is better if they are softer and more tender (for example, pears will not work ...), since we will need to grind them in a blender.

So, first fry the mushrooms in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Put some aside, we'll need them later. Add finely chopped onion and garlic and wheat flour to the pan. Keep frying. Now take a saucepan, pour milk into it and bring it to a boil. Put fried mushrooms with onions and flour in it and cook a little. Then take a blender and turn the contents of the soup into a puree. Pour the puree into a saucepan, add the heavy cream and mushrooms that were set aside earlier. Boil it. Now the soup can be poured on plates and decorated with sour cream or cream on top. You can serve it with croutons.
