Snake salad with cucumbers

A great salad for the whole family and for friends! It is the pickled cucumber that gives the salad an unusual taste. I don't feel sorry for him. In addition, the ingredients made it possible to make such a beauty in the form of a snake for the New Year :)) For the first time I tried this salad at a friend's birthday party and fell in love with it. The only thing I added was carrots and changed pork meat for chicken fillet. Now, when I cut up the chicken, I hide 1 fillet in the freezer, just in case guests come. Everything else is always at home)))

Cooking method

1. Fry the carrots, onions and mushrooms, discard in a colander and let the oil drain.
2. Boil chicken fillet and eggs
3. Chop eggs, mushrooms, cucumber, fillet and cheese. ( I cut into strips )
4. Mix: roasting, mushrooms, cucumber, cheese, eggs, chicken fillet and season everything with mayonnaise.
