Fried potatoes with bell pepper

Serve fragrant rosy potatoes for lunch or dinner! A very pleasant and delicious, fragrant, slightly spicy version of everyone's favorite hot dish - fried potatoes will please you and your family. Cooking this dish is easy and simple. You can take fresh tomatoes, or you can replace them with a horseradish (a spicy snack-sauce). Bulgarian pepper can be taken fresh, but if there is no such thing, then frozen is also quite suitable. After trying such potatoes, my family and I realized that this delicious dish would become one of our favorite options for cooking fried potatoes, because all the components just perfectly complement each other!
