Very tasty with fresh vegetables and herbs, the dish is delicious, hearty and light.

To begin with, we divide the fish into fillets, cut into portions. Now marinate the prepared fish in lemon juice with salt, pepper and vegetable oil for 20-25 minutes. While the fish is marinating, we prepare the batter. To do this, separate the egg white from the yolk. Then stir the vegetable oil with the pre-sifted flour. After that, we dilute the oil-flour mixture we have obtained with warmed beer, mix the whole mass until a homogeneous consistency. Now put the egg yolk and the beaten egg yolk into the mixture, mix everything thoroughly. After that, we put a frying pan with oil on the fire and, dipping each piece of pink salmon into the batter, fry it on both sides until golden brown. When all the fish is ready, we serve it to the table.
