Young, fresh zucchini zucchini or squash are suitable for the recipe. We peel them, cut them into circles, remove the seeds. Then grate on a fine grater, drive in the egg, add sugar, salt, soda and flour. Stir well.
Now we heat up the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the pancakes with a spoon, level and fry on both sides. Such food perfectly harmonizes with sour cream, any jam, melted butter or honey.
