Chicken fillet with apples in the oven

Apples give the chicken incredible juiciness and taste. I advise you! Last month I cooked chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and apple. I really liked the combination of apples with chicken meat. However, the cottage cheese greatly outweighed the taste of apples. So I decided next time to find a recipe where there would be as many apples as meat. It turned out to be very juicy and satisfying tidal. Apples for them are better to take sweet and sour, but if you like very sweet varieties, you can use them too.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare chicken fillet with apples in the oven, we will need: large chicken fillet, large juicy sweet and sour apple, cheese, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut each fillet lengthwise into 2-3 pieces. Beat off each piece of chicken with a hammer on both sides. Season the meat with salt and pepper and leave for 20 minutes.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Smear mayonnaise on top of the cheese. It is better to make a mesh of mayonnaise with a pastry bag. So the mayonnaise will be distributed more evenly.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 35 minutes until a golden crust appears on the cheese and mayonnaise. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!

Chicken fillet with apples can be cooked in another way, not in the form of chops. And cut the fillets and apples into medium pieces. Combine the meat with mayonnaise and spices and mix. Put chicken meat and apple slices in a baking dish. Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and put it in the oven for the same time.

Chicken and apples are classics of the culinary genre in many (if not all) kitchens of the world. This is one of the most successful combinations. Among my recipes, I would especially mention: chicken stuffed with plums and apples , salad with chicken, apple, pineapple and celery , cutlets with cottage cheese and apple , pork ham in apple sauce , salad with roast duck and apples .
