Tender rabbit meat cooked with sour cream sauce can't be compared to anything! Moreover, as we all know, "a rabbit is not only a valuable fur." Rabbit meat tastes and tastes like chicken meat, but it is much more nutritious than beef, and food from it is easily digested. Cook a rabbit according to this culinary recipe of Polish cuisine and you will not be disappointed! We will only need the back of the carcass, and from the rest you can cook, for example, pate. Rub the meat with fragrant crushed juniper berries and ground black pepper. We put the chopped vegetables on top and leave our rabbit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then we take a baking sheet or a goose coop, put butter in it in pieces, rabbit, salt it, add dried white mushroom on top. Cover with a lid and put in a hot oven, sometimes watering the rabbit with the resulting juice. For the sauce, mix sour cream with flour and, when the meat is ready, pour the sauce over it and simmer the rabbit for 15 minutes. You can serve it garnished with sprigs of parsley.
