1.Prepare all the products. Measure the wheat flour and pour it into a sieve, sift. Heat the water in a kettle or in a separate container. Pour water into a bowl, pour dry yeast and a pinch of granulated sugar. Leave the sourdough for 10 minutes.
2.Then add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to the dough. Stir the liquid to dissolve the sugar crystals.
3.Pour the flour in small pieces. Mix the dough until smooth. Cover the dishes with a napkin, put in a warm place for 1 hour.
4.Pour a little flour on the work surface and lay out the dough. You need to knead the dough with your hands so that it does not stick. Roll out the dough into a layer about 1 cm thick . Cut the circles with a glass, the diameter is about 5 cm. Knead a circle of dough with your hands and put 0.5 tsp of jam or other filling in the middle. Pinch the edges well. The dough sticks together very well.
5.Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron or thick-walled saucepan. Put donuts in butter, fry until golden brown over medium heat. Prepare a deep plate with a paper napkin, and lay out the donuts with a spoon or a slotted spoon. After cooling, it is recommended to sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar with vanilla or coconut chips. It turns out fragrant and sweet pastries for a family tea party!

Immediately after frying, donuts have a hard surface, and after cooling they become soft.
