Soy meat in Korean

You can cook a spicy oriental snack yourself! I used to buy such a dish at the market, and now I have learned how to cook it myself. Nothing complicated, really) Except that you need a little patience while soy meat is marinated. Very original and piquant taste!

Soy meat will be prepared according to the instructions. Usually for this it is necessary to soak it with hot water for a few minutes.

Then cook the meat for about 6 minutes with the addition of half the salt. Drain the water, squeeze the meat and leave it in a colander.

For dressing, mix spices, salt, sugar. Pour the mixture first with vinegar, mix, then with oil.

Peel the carrots and cut them like a Korean salad - with a long straw. Chop the garlic with a knife.

Add carrots and garlic to the dressing and mix. Leave the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for two hours, tightly covered with cling film.

In a salad bowl, mix soy meat and pickled carrots with garlic.

Let's press the salad tightly with a fork, set the oppression on top and leave it in the refrigerator for a day.

Juicy soy meat in Korean is ready.

Bon appetit!
