Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For such cutlets, you can take any mushrooms. I will use boiled forest mushrooms that have been boiled and frozen during the mushroom season. Minced chicken can be cooked by yourself, by rolling the fillet through a meat grinder or by buying ready-made.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Mushrooms must also be finely chopped. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Then cool the mushrooms a little.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Put the prepared minced chicken in a spacious bowl. Add the egg and grated cheese to it.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Then lay out the fried mushrooms and add flour and breadcrumbs. Add salt and spices to taste. I use ground pepper as a spice.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Mix the whole mass well. It will turn out thick and viscous.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Any heat-resistant mold can be used for baking. I take the metal one. Lubricate the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil. With wet hands, form the cutlets and put them into the mold. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

5 minutes before the end of baking, the cutlets can be turned over so that they are slightly fried on the other side. Remove the finished cutlets from the oven, add any side dish and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
