Pork meat in a duck house

Cook incredibly delicious and juicy meat – just lick your fingers! I like to cook different dishes in the duck house, but it is especially good for cooking meat. Due to the fact that the duckling heats up evenly and to high temperatures, the products in it turn out fragrant and juicy, you can say, cooked in their own juice.

How to make pork meat in a duck house? To prepare this dish, you will need 600 g of chilled pork, which must be washed and then cut into small pieces.

Now prepare the vegetables: medium-sized potatoes, one large carrot, bell pepper. Wash the vegetables and chop them coarsely: carrots in large circles, pepper in longitudinal strips, and potatoes in quarters.

Roll the prepared meat in spices and put it on the bottom of the duck house. Add finely chopped garlic, salt to the vegetables and mix well, then put the vegetable mixture on top of the meat. Add a pea of allspice.

Fill the contents of the duck house with broth, it is better if it is meat. Pour it so that the broth does not reach the edge of the duck house a couple of cm.

Now the duck house can be put in the oven. At 200 degrees, meat and vegetables will be cooked in an hour and a half. If the meat is tough, it may take longer. Gently stir the vegetables several times.

The dish is good to serve hot, garnishing it with fresh herbs – parsley is perfect for this purpose. Bon appetit!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
